Club Details The Bairnsdale Kart Club is located 270 kilometres east of Melbourne at the Bairnsdale Aerodrome. The Club was formed around 1986 and from its beginnings, it ran its race meetings on the Bairnsdale Drag Strip. In 1992 the Club moved to its current location.
The Club currently has over 60 members actively racing with a large number of social and family members as well. Good size fields in all classes are common at our 10 Club Days held around the last Sunday of the month with the Club holding an Open Meeting once a year which also draws good entries. The Bairnsdale Kart Club has a large clubroom and canteen with the canteen open on race day to feed hungry drivers. The canteen is also a good place to get out of the weather and still watch the racing.
